RETURN POLICY
Cream Prime is not responsible for those orders in which the customer enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. In case the product arrives back correctly to Cream Prime's facilities, if the customer wishes, he/she would have to pay again the shipping amount in order to correct the address and send again the purchased product, in case he/she does not want the product, the customer will have the right to receive the remaining amount of the expenses incurred. If the product is lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address, Cream Prime will not bear any cost.
Cream Prime is also not responsible for those orders in which the shipping company does not call the customer or does not comply with the suggested schedules, since not all shipping companies are obliged to call and the schedule is indicative. In case the product arrives back correctly to Cream Prime's facilities, if the customer wishes, he/she would have to pay again the amount of the shipment in order to be able to send again the purchased product, in case he/she does not want the product, the customer will have the right to receive the remaining amount of the expenses incurred.
In case the customer enters another address that is not theirs by mistake, Cream Prime will not be responsible for any costs.
Cream Prime is not responsible for any extra costs that may be incurred during the shipping process to the customer's address, such as customs fees.
In case the product is lost due to an internal error of the shipping company, Cream Prime is not responsible for the handling time of the situation, although it is committed to do everything possible to expedite it by dealing with the corresponding shipping company, the customer will receive the requested product as soon as the shipping company has resolved the case. In the event that the package does not reach the customer and the customer has entered his telephone number incorrectly, Cream Prime is not responsible for such loss.
The customer is obliged to enter the full name as it is shown in his ID. Otherwise, the shipping office to which you have to go to pick up the package may not be able to deliver it, in that case, Cream Prime will not be responsible for any problems that it may cause you.
In case you make a mistake when filling in the delivery address form, please contact us immediately so that we can make the required changes before the package leaves our facilities. To do so, please contact us by email at info@creamprime.com explaining what happened and attaching the new address. In case the order has already been shipped, Cream Prime will not be held responsible.
