How do I return my order?
If you want to return your order, you can easily do so by contacting us via WhatsApp through our free returns number +34 661 10 90 64 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every working day.
You will need to have your order number on hand and we will tell you the steps to follow to return the product.
RETURNS
To request a product return, you must notify us by WhatsApp at the number +34 661 10 90 64, or write to us to [email protected], within 30 days after receiving the product, indicating the order number. We will also ask you about the reason for the return to improve our products and service.
We will provide you with a return label with the address where it will be sent so that we can receive it. The return must always be included in the original packaging.
Once we receive the package, you will be refunded according to the method you have chosen. Refunds may take up to 7 business days, depending on the payment method chosen and your bank.
Cream Prime is not responsible for return costs in the following cases: Incorrect or incomplete address, absence and delays or losses by the shipping company.
